Service is of paramount importance to us because we know it’s of paramount importance to you. With a sales and project management team of over 40 dedicated professionals, every project benefits from a wealth of experience in planning and a nationwide installation service and expertise in delivering direct to site from our 600,000 sq.ft. facility. All this, combined with iView: our extranet system that allows you to track and manage your orders, to download product information and review your order history (all instantly) can make a huge difference to the smooth running of your projects. Your Business Development Manager

We know that you require kitchens that provide value for money. You need your kitchen to be well planned, well designed and well installed. Your Moores Business Development Manager, working with you from initial discussion through to site completion and beyond, is well versed in matching the most suitable products to the most likely usage conditions.


A typical project will include:

An initial consultation with your Moores Business Development Manager will ensure that we establish your requirements. Together with your Business Development Manager, you decide on an initial specification and costing. A detailed kitchen design is drawn up using our Virtual Worlds system. Once we’ve provided you with a detailed costing, we’ll sort out all other arrangements such as product ordering and delivery arrangements. Product training takes place once the products have been selected. Under the care of your dedicated Project Manager, delivery and installation takes place seamlessly. Your Business Development Manager will schedule review meetings to discuss product and service performance and to keep you updated on the latest trends and market updates as well as new product introductions.


Virtual Worlds

Together with the resident, the designer will create a visual on a computer to demonstrate what the finished kitchen will look like. Working closely with the resident, discussing colours, handles and worktop colours. Moores will also develop new and exciting designs using this technology with architects, builders and specifiers for new build projects and we have significant experience in our dedicated design office. Our software can demonstrate different kitchen finishes for your residents to choose from: these can be printed out and signed off.

For the fastest turn-around we offer a 48-hour delivery of product to site of our most popular range. We also offer a standard supply only service of 5 days. Key to our Void solution: Rest assured that all products are tested to the relevant standards: no need to worry. Our 15-day complete installation service and highest quality of service: let us take the strain. Our 48-hour offer helps ensure continuity of supply for planned maintenance and void properties: all round time saver. iView, our customer extranet service, allows you to track your order in realtime: instant access, no worries.
