Moores give back

Here at Moores we truly understand the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility & the positivity it brings to our business, our employees, our partners, & our communities.

Yorkshire Air Ambulance

A charity close to our hearts is the Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA). They are an independent charity that provide a lifesaving rapid response emergency service to 5 million people across the whole of Yorkshire. We are so proud to have them as our designated charity & look forward to continuing to support them & their amazing service in the future.

Moores Support Local Enterprise

Paperworks are a local social enterprise that support adults with learning, physical, & mental health-related disabilities – teaching them basic skills that are vital in the workplace but within a supportive environment that offers challenge & variety. Throughout the year the lovely team at Paperworks help to assemble our homeowner welcome packs, & in the past we have also offered work placements within our business.

Invest in Youth

Keen to support the local community, we worked with Boston Spa High School setting a kitchen design brief for Year 9 students. The pupils that presented the most considered, imaginative and detailed presentation were selected as winners. It is important to Moores to support the younger generation within the community

Protecting Employees

On many occasions, Moores have been awarded a commendation within the manufacturing industry on behalf of RoSPA (The Royal Society of Prevention of Accidents). This is an amazing achievement & places us in the top flight of all manufacturers that entered the awards scheme.

We Support Local Schools

We supplied local school, Tadcaster Grammar with a brand-new kitchen for their Field View Learning Hub. This practical kitchen will enable vulnerable students to ‘work collaboratively in a place that feels safe to them.’

Thank you NHS & Key Workers
